Oblivious
I drive past this building daily and I have no idea its history or what it currently holds. It is funny, (and a bit sad), how you can be oblivious to your daily surroundings.

Darke Hall
Darke Hall. Home of the Regina Cons (Conservatory of Music, University of Regina) and, until 1970, the Regina Symphony Orchestra. The gift of Regina businessman Franklin N. Darke, the building, with its fine 578-seat auditorium, was designed by J.H. Pontin. Darke Hall opened 6 Jan 1929, 'dedicated to music and arts and the enrichment of the lives of the people of the city'.

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer decoration on Victoria Ave. All throughout downtown the city decorates lamp posts with Christmas decorations of Reindeer, wreaths, teddy bears, bells, etc. It looks really nice in the evenings.

Prepare to Stop
This sign tells drivers that when the overhead lights are flashing the traffic lights at the upcoming intersection will be turning red and you will then have enough time to slow down to a stop.
I had a slightly different, off-the-cuff, type thought when I saw this sign. What do you think?

Dog Sled
A picture of my brand new dog sled.
Just kidding, (even though it might make sense on some of our snowy days). This is part of the display at the RCMP Heritage Centre that shows the different types of transportation used throughout the years of the RCMP.

Summer Memories
During this snowy winter weather, I can not help but remember the warm summer evenings at the lake. Here is a visual reminder. I can't wait until next year's cabin season.
